However, we booked a container last minute, and it arrived the following Tuesday. We packed it and had it picked up four days later. Just seven days after pickup, it arrived on the Gold Coast from Perth—even with the Easter weekend in between!I expected some delays, but they absolutely blew me away with their communication and efficiency. "Excellent service, very helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff, they helped us plan and work out dates from beginning to end!.. the containers are the larger and taller ( High Cube) which was great, they have rope tie down rails - great for keeping our goods secure, our container was dropped of by very friendly and polite tilt tray driver, at our home and was also dropped off on the exact dates by another very polite, friendly and helpful tilt tray truck drivers. The whole process for us was very smooth, with ample time for packing and unpacking. They even included blankets for covering ferniture and white hoods, and included ample rope, boxes or packing and even a trolley - which all was very helpful. We would use budget again and can highly recommend them to anyone moving interstate!… ours was Sydney to Perth!"
