When you are ready to confirm your move with us, it is recommended that you either call the office on 1300 659 221, or reply to the quote email advising that you would like to confirm and requesting a call back.
We always confirm bookings over the phone. The confirmation process normally takes less than 10 minutes. We will take down the following details from you to confirm your interstate move: (It's not a problem if you are unsure of some of the details, we can always firm up addresses and dates throughout your move)
✓ Your full name and contact email / phone number as well as an alternative contact in case you are unreachable at any time
✓ The address of where you are moving from
✓ We will discuss where on your property the container will be placed and which direction the container doors will open. (For most locations we are able to view your address through Google maps street view)
✓ The date you would like the empty container delivered and picked up
✓ The address of where you are moving to
✓ Your credit card details
Once complete, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your project (moving) plan and a copy of your invoice.
When booking your container, we require a $300 deposit. The balance is due two business days prior to delivery to the destination address.
Three or four days is normally about the minimum time we need to get an empty container organised in most locations. At busy times of year (such as holiday periods) it is best to allow as much time as possible.
